Fast forward video to 13 minutes and 14 seconds and you will see for yourself that in fact NUMBER 1: Norman had his turn signal on both turning off of Madison onto Nichol & turning into Citgo Gas Station. NUMBER 2: Norman was grabbed and handcuffed within 10 seconds. In the probable cause affidavit and sworn under oath by LT. Branson that in fact He was going to make a traffic stop for a failure to use turn signal and he also stated He and Norman had a 4 to 5 minute conversation before he noticed a baggy with white substance. Both were in fact lies UNDER OATH. Question is and remains why wasnt the law applied to LT. Branson for committing PERJURY and OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE?
