NOC, therefore, salutes your dogged determination and further solicits your forbearance and unflinching commitment towards the attainment of the desired goal of meaningful result for the over-all development of our dear countrys college of education system. As we write, the Needs Assessment Committee is putting final touches to the report of the verification exercise conducted in the colleges in February, 2014. You may also wish to note that the online report on the meeting of the ES NCCE, NBTE, HMSE, officials from FME and FMF and the Presidency, including the SGF, on Monday, 31st March, 2014, has been confirmed. Also, the Chairman, Senate Committee on Education, Senator Uche Chukwumerije, was quite passionately in touch with our President for a personal copy of the financial implication of all our issues, besides the copy defended by the NCCE at committee session, for further necessary budgetary action. Meanwhile, do be prepared for an emergency meeting to examine and take decision(s) on what the FG, nay the Presidency, may be offering on the issues in contention as soon as the leadership of our Union met with FG delegation for the much anticipated final resolution. Please, be assured of the NOCs avowed commitment towards the realization of positive results as outcomes of the unprecedented struggle for the soul of our system.
