My little podcast that could is making my dreams come true...all Ive ever really wanted fundamentally was to travel in a world where I could be in communication with the talents that I admired...and Im getting a very thrilling opportunity next month to sit down for A CONVERSATION WITH BROOKS ARTHUR- With a long and prestigious career in a rarefied circle, Brooks began as a recording engineer on such iconic pop hits as Chapel Of Love, My Boyfriends Back, Hang On, Sloopy, and Leader Of The Pack and became one of the most respected producers in the music business- having particular success with my personal favorite artists - PETER ALLEN, BETTE MIDLER, BERNADETTE PETERS, CAROLE BAYER SAGER, The Original Cast Recording of THEYRE PLAYING OUR SONG, DUSTY SPRINGFIELD, and JANIS IAN - to name only a few.. Brooks also produced legendary comedy greats such as ROBIN WILLIAMS, JACKIE MASON and ADAM SANDLER for whom he remains Music Supervisor at Happy Madison Films for all of Adam Sandlers film projects.... It will be my great honor to talk to Mr. Arthur about his prolific and astounding body of work....so much of which have been my cherished favorites...
