COMPANY INSTITUTION: Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria is currently recruiting fresh Graduates for the position below: Positions: Management Trainee Program The Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Management Trainee Program is for fresh graduates, with the aim of developing them in the fields of Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain functions. The program extends over a period of one year. The graduates will be rotated in various technical job functions. The assignments are the real responsibility and real results, while creating an environment where Graduates develop through practical learning and coaching executives. Selected graduates will initially be based at our office / factory site in Lagos and Agbara. The program is designed to develop future leaders from entry level positions and moving them to senior management within 10 to 12 years.
