Cv tingaconsulting@gmail To assist the Country Controller with controlling of fixed and variable costs of all plants and the reporting of the information on a monthly basis. Assisting to ensuring the plants adhere to the correct financial disciplines. To generate daily, weekly and monthly production control reports. 1. Controlling Responsibilities o Assist with local control Establish efficient internal controls and procedures. o Define, review or recommend changes to the company’s operational processes e.g. purchasing, order routine, invoicing, stock control (flows, valuation administration process for finished goods and raw materials). o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and the maintenance of general ledger chart of account. o Perform daily, weekly and monthly controls checks on production process. o Analyse results of control checks and do follow-ups with Plant management to understand deviations. o Perform monthly analysis on stock movements and follow-up with management to understand abnormal movements. o Perform and analyse sales result weekly and monthly, follow-up and understand deviation from budget or month-to-month or year-on-year. o Follow-up Assets in Progress status of completion. o Creditors queries; manage and report. o Plant visits once a month. o Assist and prepare reports on industrial budget together with Plant Manager o To support Plant Manager/staff when requested. • Group Control • Assist in ensuring that CLIIENT complies with corporate policies and procedures, as well as benchmarking against other group-manufacturing. 2. Reporting Responsibilities • Assist with preparing and analysing management reports and business matrixes monthly to provide updated information for management decisions through the user of company systems such as Hyperion, SAP and Woodpro. • Recommendations for cost management and increased efficiencies (e.g. sales price analysis, margins per product, etc). • Assist with providing the Corporate Controlling Team and the South African Managers with accurate and timely information on all financial matters in South Africa (via Hyperion), highlighting sales and production deviations
