COURT CASE UPDATE: In the Islamabad High Court today on 28-01-2014,Barrister Aitezaz Ahsan (counsel for PTCL) concluded his arguments in ICAs filed by PTET/PTCL against IHC judgement regarding grant of pension increase and Medical Allowance as per Government of Pakistan announcements. Another counsel for the petitioners (PTET/PTCL),Mr.Munir Paracha Advocate will continue on the next hearing,expectedly within next week.(The court ordered to give a short date).
