COURT STRIKES -OUT OSUN P.D.P SUITAGAINST AREGBESOLA An Osun state High Court sitting in Osogbo has struck-out a suit filed against the Governor of state of Osun ,Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and Attorney General of State of Osun by Peoples Democratic Party, State of Osun Chapter and state party chairman Alhaji Ganiyu Olaoluwa therein the plaintiff sought to restrain the Government of Osun from demolishing the parameter fence wall of the building of the people Democratic Party, State secretariat, osogbo along Gbongan/Ibadan express way. Justice Adeyinka Aderibigbe struck-out the suit for being incompetent while upholding the preliminary objection filed on behalf of State Government by Legal team from the Ministry of Justice led by Barr. Olajide Obisakin (the Director of Litigation and Advisory Services ) who appeared along with Hassan Agbelekale ESQ. Justice Aderibigbe held that there was no suit pending before the Honourable Court since the suit had been withdrawn by the plaintiff‘s counsel Mr I.T Tewogbade at the proceeding of the case on 1st of April 2014 before the court.
