Please help our wonderful friends at Bullseye Rescue in Atlanta who are trying to help this poor 10 mth old, blue pitty baby. Lucy was actually saved by volunteers who also support our rescue because she was soooo unbelievably wonderful! Shortly after being saved, she was adopted by a wonderful man who fell in love at first sight. He was a proud supporter of this misunderstood and massacred breed. Sadly, right after he brought her home, he passed away unexpectedly. Now Lucy faces being homeless. She went from kill shelter, to home boarding to adoption to now homeless. She has been through so much in her short time. She was thrown away at such an early age after already being bred!They sold her pups and tossed her after they were done with her. She just wants to be a puppy! She just wants to know what love is. She just wants to finally start her life. She just wants to be part of a family! When can that happen? : (. Please dont make her go live in a cage confused and forgotten. Heres what you need to know about Lucy! 1. She is still a pup--about 10 months old, about 40 lbs. (This means she is a pocket pittie. Shes neither tiny nor massive and will not require her own ZIP code.) 2. She adores humans, even the child variety. 3. Lucy loves other dogs of all shapes and sizes. 4. She likes cats, but tends to ignore them. The feline population prefers it this way. 5. Lucy loves to ride in the car, snuggle, and go for walks. 6. She is house-trained, crate-trained, and has excellent manners. (After all, she IS a LADY!) So whats bullseyes plan? You are Lucys best hope for a happy future, fans.
