Established in 1949, it has 75 offices throughout the world and employs over 4,000 lawyers. Kyle is a member of the firm’s Immigration Group where he assists clients with all aspects of Canadian immigration and Citizenship law. He is a highly sought-after adviser and speaker on immigration legal issues. He has been a provincial chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s immigration law section and a Joint Federal-Provincial Immigration Advisory Council member. He has co-chaired a regular course for lawyers on corporate immigration and has spoken on a variety of immigration and citizenship issues to lawyers, the media and community groups. Before joining Baker & McKenzie, Mr. Hyndman practiced immigration and citizenship law at a leading boutique immigration law firm in Vancouver.
