CREAM CHEESE WONTONS: 2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened 1 (12oz) pkg imitation crab meat, diced. Or 1 can crabmeat, drained 3 scallions finely chopped 1/4 t. onion powder Minced garlic to taste 1 egg, beaten Wonton wrappers Oil for frying In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab, garlic and scallions until well blended. Place egg in bowl and beat with a fork Put a small amount of crab mixture in the center of each wonton Brush 2 edges of each wonton with egg. Fold into triangles, pressing sides to seal. Bring 2 corners of triangle to middle and press together to form a ring. Fry until golden, turning once. About 2-3 minutes Remove from oil, drain on paper towel and serve
