But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength ;they shall mount up with wings as eagles ;they shall run ,and not be weary ;and they shall walk and not faint We are all growing older.This is indisputable fact yet many find it difficult to accept .Vast sums of money are spent in attempting to retain the vigor and appearance of youth ,but there is no escaping the marks left by the passing of time .Apart from eating wisely and giving proper care to your body little can be done to preserve your physical appearance ,but of greater importance than your physical appearance is your attitude to life Upon you rest the responsibility whether you become an amiable and sweet personality ,or one that is bitter and bigoted .The spirit in which you face life is reflected in your attitude and physical appearance .If you posses a beautiful and serene Spirit ,whatever your physical appearance may be ,you will quietly radiate serenity and peace .The phrase -The beauty of holiness is no meaningless cliche,but rather indicate a life that is lived on a spiritual level
