CREATED IN THE LIGHT, MADE TO............. What is it that people see in us? What kind of conversations do we have with people? For that matter, what do we see in ourselves? For we are hard with ourselves, because we cannot get away from ourselves. His Word says that our bodies are the temple where the Spirit dwells, so what does the Spirit see within us? This is the work which is present before the Lord and the Spirit which He has given unto us, to teach us the righteousness of God. Praise be to God for He loves us so much that He is willing to love on us in the midst of our own ignorance. We are so young in spirit and He brings truth to our hearts, so that we may see what it is that is within us. We may not be willing to surrender all, nevertheless, by love and through love we shall be shown what is needed to be tended to. We have a garden within ourselves, which we are to maintain, if we so chose to. Weeds spring up daily, and daily we are to pluck them up by the roots so they will not continue to spring up. Some, however, must grown with that which is good because if we try to pull it, then it shall damage that which is good. Jesus will separate those which we are unable to separate by His Spirit and if it so needs to be done, then it shall be. Our attitudes could be hardened, bitter, full of hatred or they could be softened, hurt, open for healing and mended by our Comforter. Opened up or concealed in self. Jesus has already done the work for us to follow after and we are his workmanship. Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. So whether we are together as a church or separate on our own, are people able to see the love of God within us? If we are open unto His Spirit and we follow in obedience, they shall see the love of God in us. And when we come together as a church, then the more abundant others will feel the love of God within us. Psa 72:12 For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper. Psa 72:13 He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy. Psa 72:14 He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in his sight. As we learn to know this, we then learn to love. First within ourselves, then to those whom He brings to us, for how can we give what we do not obtain. Therefore, we learn to walk with purpose of heart to love Him who first loved us. Father God thy Spirit has set the work of the Lord before us and within us. Jesus we thank the for loving us, while we were yet in sin, thy blood cleanses us daily. Lord there is nothing that we could do to repay thee for thy sacrifices which were shown to the world. Thy Spirit teaches us how to love and we have been kept by thy mercies, grace, thy love which we knew nothing of. Lord let our hands grasp hold of thy truth in Spirit, for the days shall be darkened and only through thy love will we be made to endure unto the end. Bring forth thy insight within us, so we may offer unto our altars all that should not be. It is our hope to shine in the light which thy Spirit has illuminated within us as we walk in the darkness of this world. This day Jesus, we walk in the light of thy Word. Amen ACTS 11 22 Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch. 23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord. 24 For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord. 25 Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul: 26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. 27 And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch. 28 And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. 29 Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea: 30 Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.
