CRIME AGAINST WOMAN under I.P.C. S.493-498(a) Now comes on discussion who will be punished for HELP second MARRIAGE OF a PERSON ( HINDU ) BEFORE DIVORCE, A woman filed a case where main accused is her husband who will punished under I.P.C. S.498 , she was also saying at the time of marriage her husband was married man so it was s.13(2) of HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, Narayan Sai will not comes under s.498(a) so N. Sai comes under in different sec. of I.P.C. (s.120, s.506) , N.Sai was the person who instigate to that woman for marriage a person of powerful family who was close friend and follower of N.Sai (son of ASARAM BABPU) , Now many person rising fingure over that woman she is trying to get benefit of winds against ASARAM BAPU AND COMPANY BUT IT IS VERY TRUE many allegation against this ASARAM family never reached on end after delayed arrest of ASARAM proved it is not easy for a ordinary person to stand against this so called spiritual family . Now she comes forward at this time because drama of ASARAM family opening by the police investigation. So if court found she is genuine and now she feel safe to file a FIR against those strong group of people (who has influence over different state government and they had illegally occupied thousand aacres of govt. land)
