CUYAHOGA COUNTY ANNOUNCES THE FOLLOWING CAREER OPPORTUNITY Reports to: Hours: Location: 3955 Euclid Avenue Cleveland, OH 44115 Clerical Specialist Clerical Supervisor Division of Children & Family Services 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Hourly Rate: $13.98 Monday - Friday Bargaining REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent, one (1) year experience in office practices, procedures, and customer service; ability to read and write common vocabulary; able to perform mathematical calculations; ability to gather and interpret data; excellent communication skills. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree or higher with at least 3 years of customer service experience. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, and file management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides clerical assistance to internal and external customers. Makes decisions based on balancing organizational needs and customer needs. Maintains current knowledge of and utilizes multiple procedures , policies, regulations and rules. Operate computers, printers, copiers, and other office equipment/machines. Gathers, organizes, and collates classified information for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Receives, maintains and distributes supplies. Process various requisitions (i.e., office services, supply, printing, etc). Perform clerical tasks including filing, logging, copying, collating, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned.
