Cabinet Sub Commitee constituted by J&K Govt for creation of new unit like Block, tehsil, Sub Division and Distt status in the state has invited all the stakeholder of Kargil and Leh at Jammu on 16-01-2014 and all the elected leaders like Qamar Ali, Feroz Khan, Asgar Qarblai, Punchok Tashi and Tsering Angdus has presented memorandum on behalf of Kargil distt pleading Distt Status for Zanskar inclduing host of tieher demand such as new block, tehsil and Sub Division like wise leader from Leh comprises of CEC Leh, MLA Nubra, MLC leh and Kargil and other Councilors. Unfortunately the responsible person missing among the leaders was EC Zanskar Mr Gara and Councilor Lungnak Stanzin Sonam .Either they are incompatible , irresponsible or else they took it very light, Such occassion shouldnt miss as we have passed through a delimma during delimitation for MLA coz the senior leaders didnt raise the issue on right time. Dont you think our elected leaders should wakeup on such occassion? Comment.
