Cacao Vanilla Rooibos Sundae Syrup 1 1/2 cacao 1 1/2 vanilla rooibos tea 1 1/2 honey 1/4 t. vanilla pinch sea salt Brew tea, stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, simmer (stirring constantly) for 10 - 15 minutes until honey is completely dissolved and mixture thickens. Pour into glass jar....enjoy over ice cream, cake, fruit, or just by the spoonful. Could also substitute vanilla rooibos with elderberries, ginger, rose petals, damiana. Yummy!! Oh, by the way, you can get all the organic ingredients at the Funky Fairy!!
