Cadetships in Logistics The Victorian Transport Association (VTA) offers a two-year Cadetship Program for students keen on a career in transport and logistics. Cadets attend eight, one week blocks of training each year, conducted at TAFE. Training is completed by workplace assignments and assessments. Cadets are rotated through different areas of the business and each cadet is assigned a workplace mentor. During this time, Cadets complete a Certificate IV in Logistics and a Diploma of Logistics, while earning a full-time wage.
