Calhoun signed the first four of its 12 commitments Wednesday afternoon, including one with the same last name as the Warhawks coach, Mike Burns. Link Burns was one of four Decatur High players to sign Wednesday with Calhoun’s baseball program. Drake Whitten, William Woller and Will Gann also signed with the Warhawks. Lawrence County pitcher Tanner Reed signed, too. Austin outfielder Chase Colon is a Calhoun commitment who Burns expects to sign with Calhoun later this month.
