Called a tow truck and secured said out of control highly intoxicated cop hating woman into handcuffs within ten minutes of responding the scene. Took ten minutes to find her guilty and a Felon. Took ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT MINUTES TO DRAW BLOOD FROM HER AT A HOSPITAL AND THE SACRAMENTO DOJ TO CONFIRM THAT SHE WAS INTOXICATED AND GUILTY BY WAY OF THE UNITED STATES MAIL MANY WEEKS AFTER TEN MINUTES KNEW WHAT HAPPENDED.
