Call it nomadic, call it wanderlust, heck....call it crazy! Regardless of your word selection, the unorthodox path that is our life has zig-zagged once again and is bringing Brooke Jung and myself back to the Bluegrass State. After much deliberation and thorough soul searching, I have excitedly accepted the Assistant Sports Editor position with the Kentucky New Era in Hopkinsville. This new opportunity will give me the chance to reassume a desired spot within the sports journalism industry and a chance to refocus on genuine aspirations. Our nearly-12 months in Hershey, PA were exceptional, afforded us access to amazing experiences in the northeast and provided a much-needed change of scenery during such an unprecedented period of grief. Constantly striving to make the most of our time, however, Brooke and I are thrilled to be embarking on yet another adventure, significantly slashing the physical distance from family and friends, and starting a new chapter that will undoubtedly present a new set of pages filled with rewarding challenges and change. Even if you may not understand it, we do sincerely appreciate your support of our seemingly vagabond lifestyle. Heres to chasing your dreams and enjoying the journey.
