Called my original plumber to ask what time Thursday theyd be out to relight my hot water heater, only to be told that I didnt have an appointment, I was on a waiting list and it would probably be late next week before someone came out. This was NOT what I had been originally told; they said when I first called that someone could come out Thursday and Id be on a waiting list for anything that came open sooner than Thursday. I dont appreciate being lied to so I called our furnace guy to see what he recommended. He gave me the name of Clark Plumbing. Well, they came out about 15 minutes after I called, checked the hot water heater (it was fine), lit the pilot, and were done. It took about ten minutes tops. In the future Ill call them for plumbing needs and if anyone on here needs a plumber, Clark is the way to go. So this afternoon, after I finish working in the basement for the day, I get to shower. I get to take a long hot luxurious shower. I get to do dishes without having to boil water. I get to start on the piles of stinking wet laundry left from the flood. Oh my gosh. I know its just a little thing but its one step closer to life getting back to normal. :-)
