Called the DirecTv people about my cable bill this month to see if it was gonna be the same as last month, or if I was going to have to start paying the extra $20 on it, and I got to talking to the lady, and then proceeds to try and tell me my bill is going to be 69.99 next month, and Im like, no lady, go back and do a double check, (yes I said double check) Then she processed to knock 3 dollars off or so making it the $65, which is the correct payment. She gets to looking and sees that she was charging me for the other package. Thats her story anyway. Funny that. I just love how they think they can trick me every time I call them.
