Calling all SURFERS… I mean volunteers! I will be hosting a Carnival planning meeting Thursday, September 12th at 6:00 PM in the multipurpose room at Hedgcoxe Elementary. Please enter the building thru the PASAR entrance. I will be looking for a few coordinators for such things as set up and tear down, decorating, vendors, newsletter, T-Shirt orders, luau piggy banks, classroom baskets, teacher auction, sponsors, food and volunteer organization and sign up. Any and all help with be greatly appreciated. It takes an army to make the Carnival successful so please feel free to forward this to your Hedgcoxe friends. I know many of the classes have a Facebook page. Please feel free to copy and paste this message so we get as many volunteers as possible.
