Cami shared~~ I have RA and also Raynauds Syndrome. Easiest way to explain it is that its somewhat like you have an allergic reaction to cold. Well after being in the cold most of the evening watching the concerts at Spirit Fest, I happened to notice something that I hadnt noticed in a VERY long time! My hands! Sounds silly I know! But usually after being in cold or windy conditions my hands and feet swell up, become spotted looking (REALLY embarrassing) and become EXTREMELEY painful - like a frostbite type feeling for up to 12 hours! Those that knew me in school or have worked with me an office setting or been around me during the colder months can attest to what this looks like! Has gotten much worse since High School. Anyway long story short, I look down - NO spots and barely swollen! I know I could of actually taken off my rings!!! I even pointed it out to my Mom. Look Mom! Sure shell attest for me as I was shocked! I had a very light jacket on. Too bad my phone was dead or I would have taken a photo. Other times in cold weather I would be so miserable that Id have to go leave and go HOME, take a very hot bath and still be miserable for hours on end. Over the past month or so, I have been taking this wonderful product called Fast Relief Nerve Health Support! It has helped me tremendously. Barely any swelling and no spots is ABSOLUTELY incredible for me! Plus I noticed with all the walking and standing I didnt have the usual back pain that night or the following day!
