Can I ask a Q please. What do people think of this installation? Recently done for a relative by a guy in N Devon. He charged the landlady £2000, to line the chimney and fit the woodburner…. Mum (tenant) said it looks like a pigs ear…. Any thoughts please… As the landlady is in her early 70s its proved to be a nightmare. The guy kept missing appointments, always late etc… they were just glad it was in so mum had heat…
