Can honestly say tonight I made the first meal of my life that tasted just no good! It was something I saw on Pintrest, so I went and bought the stuff it called for on the ingredient list. Well when I got home to start cooking it there were no cooking directions to follow only a list of ingredients..... So me being the awesome cook that I think I am or can be anyways, I press on because lets face it who need directions anyways? Well it was an asian dish that called for ginger and I rarely cook with ginger but i know it can be an over powering taste, So I went off the ingredient list and it called for 2 inches of ginger who the hell cooks with inches as a measurement? So I just used the chunk of ginger I bought from the commissary, and needless to say yea i would have deff done without the ginger!
