Cancer journey update: As most of you know, my treatment is over and I am cancer free. Thats good. The financial part is frustrating. As we know, our insurance deductible starts over at the first of the year. I had 5 radiation treatments the first week of 2014 which all went to my deductible which means I get to add $2500.00 to what I owe from last year which was GOING to be paid off in May. Well, at $500.00 per month that new deductible will take me until October to pay off. Doesnt seem fair. I am grateful to be strong and healthy.
