Candle House Rules 1. Treat candle house like your home. Maintain the premises clean. 2. Return the things used in the same condition as received. 3. Rinse off sand particles at the out door shower before using the indoor toilets and baths to avoid clogging. 4. For your security keep doors locked at all times when not in the house and at night. 5. Guests are responsible for any damage to, or theft of owner’s property or equipment. Replacement cost will be assessed. 6. Candle house is a coastal property and guests assume all risk and danger from swimming. 7. Report any malfunctions. Every effort is made to ensure that everything is in working order. However, as in any home, things do break or become inoperable. Reasonable attempt to restore/repair/replace the problem during your stay will be exerted. Candle house is a family owned home, we do not have a 24 hour on call maintenance staff at nights and weekends, thus may be more difficult to restore/repair/replace the problem. 8. Upon arrival or immediately upon discovery of any defect or damage or if anything is out of order or broken please advise care taker at once. 9. Be kind to the environment. Turn off air-conditioning units and electric fans or other electrical units when not in use. 10. Please keep the shores clean from any forms of thrash. 11. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the bedrooms PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS & REFUNDS: 1. 50 % Deposit will be paid 5 days before intended date of arrival. 2. Balance of 50 % to be paid upon arrival 3. There is a minimum Php 5,000 cancellation charge incurred on any cancelled reservation. Inclusive: Security service of a tanod/police to do an all night watch 4. Lease is for a minimum of 2 nights
