Cannot believe how this desperately sad case has deteriorated in to such a maelstrom. They to took their son, against medical advice, but not law, out of hospital with the intention of getting him an alternative form of care. Its clear he is dearly loved, and what parent could stand by and let their child suffer and possibly, die when they believe, and/or possibly is a cure available that they are being denied??? They clearly did their research and acquired the necessary medical equipment, and other sustenance requirements. How does an arrest warrant get issued if at the time its unclear what law has been broken??? How is it in Ashya best interest not to see his family? If its down to the possibility that he may be taken again, surely the hospital/police would be better off simply chaperoning the visits? Too much unnecessary drama, stupid knee jerk reaction that could have been handled so much better.
