Cannot believe its been a week already that I started this program!! And only 1 I cant do this moment!! Having a weird fluid retention on my ankle issue tonight which isnt helped by me being a Martha Stewart and cooking up a storm in the kitchen tonight!! Preparation is the key, Ive cooked up a 12wbt Mexican shepherds pie (minus the Parmesan cheese and added extra mince), have a yummy hearty paleo vegetable soup on the stove as we speak and will prepare a paleo slow cooker beef chili for overnight in the slow cooker :) oh and found my savior food - dates & macadamia nuts :)
