Cant find three positives on a day when I didnt go into work because I was still suffering after a sleepless night running to the loo every few minutes. Lets see: 1. Caught up on my sleep between 10 and 12.30 when I finally got up. 2. A long, literary wallow in the bath this afternoon. 3. Seeing Romilly Park in the setting sun, a beautiful peaceful place with small boys playing football, a family playing cricket, a dad trying to teach his son to ride a bike and a happy dog playing fetch! Now dozing, listening to Bach while Phil wallows, so I guess thats a fourth +ve!
