Cape Town – Kenyan troops have revealed gory mall attack details, saying that some of the hostages in the massacre had their eyes gouged out by Somalia’s al-Shabaab militants, a report says. Daily Mali reported on Friday that there were horrific claims of torture meted out by terrorists in the mall massacre with some hostages said to have been dismembered and that some were left hanging from hooks in the ceiling. The report also said children were found dead in the food court fridges with knives still embedded in their bodies. The report comes as Kenya entered its third and final day of official mourning following the attack on the Westgate shopping mall on Saturday that left at least 67 people dead.
