This will require understand the key skill requirements of each job role of the company, developing course contents and operational roll out of the training programs. The Ideal Candidate should be: • Bachelors preferably Masters • Should have minimum 03-05 years experience of Training Management in company with a training culture • Strategic Outlook towards understanding Business Needs • Eager and Enthusiastic about bringing a change Manager Recruitment & Strategic HR Projects The position will be responsible for executing the resourcing strategy of the company across Pakistan. This will require understand the workforce requirement and planning the hiring of the best talent in the company. The Ideal Candidate should be: • Bachelors preferably Masters • Should have minimum 03-05 years experience of focused Recruitment in a high pressured environment • Strategic Outlook towards understanding Business Needs Manager Compensation & Benefits The position will be responsible for developing and executing the compensation strategy of the company across Pakistan. This will require understand the existing reward and benefits structure and its alignment with the best in class companies to help attract and retain the best talent in the company. The Ideal Candidate should be: • Bachelors preferably Masters • Should have minimum 03-05 years experience of focused Comp & Ben Management experience • Strategic Outlook towards understanding Business Needs Management Trainee(s) - Human Resources This will be an entry level position which will working on rotation basis across the various functional areas of Human Resources. The incumbent will be a high potential fast track management trainee on a structured career path to a management position within two years based on his/her strengths.
