Caroling for a Cause For Immediate Release- Students from Learning Community Charter School in Jersey City and singers from Hobokens Cantigas Womens Choir to will sing Christmas carols at the Grove Street PATH station at 5:30 on Tuesday, December 16 to raise money for Liberty Humane Society! December 8, 2014 – For the third year in a row, students from Learning Community Charter School in Jersey City and singers from Hobokens Cantigas Womens Choir will sing Christmas carols to raise money for Liberty Humane Society. For two years, the students and singers have gathered to brave the cold, wind, rain and snow to sing holiday tunes for commuters while collecting monetary donations for the animal shelter. Participants wear Santa hats, reindeer antlers, festive jewelry and lots of layers to stay warm while spreading holiday cheer. In past years, this effort has raised over $500 for Liberty Humane Society! Carolers will be gathering at the Grove Street PATH station at 5:30 on Tuesday, December 16.
