Case Information: On October 3rd, at approximately 2:57 am a 39 year old male contacted the McFarland Police Department from Kwik Trip, seeking financial advice. When officers arrived on scene they observed obvious signs that the suspect was under the influence of a narcotic drug. The suspect admitted to driving to Kwik Trip. After an O.W.I investigation the suspect was arrested. During a search of the suspects vehicle, drug paraphernalia was located. The suspect was booked into Dane County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.
