Sending two opposing faiths towards climactic battle in the crusades. Allowing Apostates and Heretics to be burned at the stake. Allowing a Saint to run a cult like group devoted to the pursuit of suffering and inhumane poverty of many people in Calcutta whilst posing in photo ops with Princess Diana and Nancy Regan. Allowing the genital mutilation of young boys in Temples and young girls in ramshackle huts. Hypnotising the African populace into believing that contraception is a bigger bane than the scourge of AIDS. Covering up the abuse of infant children by Priests, and forcing young children to marry older men, or occasionally a Prophet. Giving a leader cause to perpetrate the Holocaust. Giving many cultures an excuse to harass, abuse and kill LGBT people. Allowing the continued oppression of Women. Please, dont tell me of all the good your religion does, I could give a much longer list to the contrary. Wake up.
