It is true, we have more than one magnetic pole, but i dont share his view of ONE possibiity of THE flip of the magnetfield, but additionally there are also various possibilities in wich multipolarity can occur for a few decades. I see more North poles emerging, so that we do not have ONE staff magnet, but that other poles can emerge right now.... i like in his Video the geometris that form if you consider two staff magnets or two poles...
