Casual Medical Receptionist Medical Centre - Parramatta NSW The Company: We are a modern fully equipped Family Medical Centre located in a popular metropolitan suburb. We are looking for someone who can work evening shifts until 7pm and weekends 9am to 3pm. The Role: The role of the front desk receptionist requires good customer service and communication skills. The applicant must be efficient in computer skills as the use of Medical Software is required. The applicant must be skilled in multitasking and have the ability to work in a team environment or independently. He/she is required to greet and register patients, take bookings for appointments, and other administrative duties. The applicant must know how to use an Eftpos machine and use the computer for invoicing. The applicant will be liasing with other staff, doctors and health professionals. Essential Criteria: Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills. Ability to work comfortably in a team environment. Use of Eftpos machine and invoicing. Reliable and dependable. Punctual.
