Ugh, I know its Sunday and everything but I have a HUGE week coming up and im ready to get going!!! Ill be promoting Doms Barber Shop in bosque farms to local businesses. You can purchase your Nourish shake there and get your haircut. Ill also be doing a Level up class at Z-Fit of NM Studio tomorrow afternoon. Then working with a gym in Gallup and enrolling course. Never stop enrolling. So hurry up football and lets get going Monday morning!! Plus leg day is tomorrow :) Welcome to the goodlyfe!!!
