This is an ideal job for anyone who would like to gain experience within a leading catering company and who finds it easy to adapt quickly to new situations and is flexible. Duties will include: Assist with basic food preparation, Assist with set up and service of food counter, understand daily menu, portion control, ensure counters are replenished and tidy throughout service, work on cash till, offer outstanding customer service and all other adhoc duties relating to working in a busy catering environment Skills Requirements Minimum of 1 years experience working as a catering assistant in a contract catering environment.
