Catherine Sutherland has answered your questions Pulsers! Here is what she had to say..... Andre Drew - Of the 3 Pink Rangers you played, which was your favourite? I like them all for different reasons. I loved MMPR because its the original, I really like the Zeo suit and the storylines. My character really evolved during that season. I liked Turbo because we got to do civilian fights again which was really fun! Tony Izzo - How does it feel to be the only Pink Ranger to wear 3 helmets? I never really thought about it but its an honor 😁 Ruari Burt - Did you find being Amy Jo Johnsons replacement challenging? Excellent question! When I first joined the show it was intimidating to join an already established cast. They were so welcoming to me that those feelings quickly faded. I didnt know a lot about Power Rangers as it had only just started airing in Australia when I was cast. Once I realized how popular Amy Jo was I felt a lot of pressure. I had big shoes to fill. I think they did a good job making our characters very different so the fans would accept me. Preston Wise - Which was your favourite season? I loved every season for different reasons to be honest!! I loved the storyline when I first joined the show. MMPR will always be special to me because it was my first. I really liked the storylines in Zeo and how Katherine grew. You really got to know her in that season. By Turbo I was comfortable and got to just enjoy it all! Joe Black - Are you coming to a UK convention in the near future? I dont have any planned but Im certainly open to it if it works with my schedule! Id love to meet our UK fans! Christian Cornejo - All these years later, did you ever think that Power Rangers wouldve been this popular? No! Its crazy. I remember the first convention I went to in 2009 and being amazed that people even remembered me. It is such a blessing to revisit the show and know we made such a positives impact on a of you. Dustin Jones - Were you happy not to get the part of Dulcea in the movie since it opened you up to become the new Pink Ranger instead? I think Gabrielle was an amazing Dulcea and the role was made for her! Everything happens for a reason. I am extremely grateful to have been cast as the pink ranger. John Shearer - What was the most embarrassing thing to happen to you on set? There were many embarrassing moments . Jason Frank was always making jokes and teasing me! Chris Owens - What is the best part about being known as a Power Ranger? How cool is it to say I was a superhero!! Thats pretty awesome. I love being a positive role model to so many kids. Its surreal and overwhelming. Benjamin Finch - What was it like for you to come all the way from Australia to work in California? It was exciting and terrifying at the same time. I never saw myself staying in Australia though. Being cast on a show in Hollywood was a dream come true. I remember being on the airplane and thinking pinch me, I must be dreaming. -RangerRed
