Caution, brag alert! I just cooked one of my best ever meals. Delicious, succulent roast pork shoulder done to perfection in the Tupperware UltraPro using the tandem cooking technique. So moist and tender with seriously crunchy crackling and potatoes tossed in some of the fat and roared on the cover. Finished off with peas goosed in diced bacon, garlic and butter. Amazing and ready in half the normal time. Feeling accomplished and full :-D xx
