Challenge #4 4250 calories burned in 1 week!! Yes! we must do strength training not a lot since we are burning 4250 calories for 1 week. 10 count body builders 15 each day for 5 days need a video posted. This challenge dont start until Monday November 3rd and end Sunday November 9th. Challenge #5 will be a quick recovery week then we are back at it again Challenge #6.
