Change in the Company? Change in the Company! Change seems a bit bold. Think transformation. As new people come on board, they will influence the company. Change or transformation will occur. As new clients come on board, the company will have to adjust. When you start selling to Bluetopia, you will begin selling blue widgets. If no one knows how to mix up a batch of blue stuff, the company will have to hire people who can mix up batches of blue stuff.
