Charm Radio update: 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST Issued at: 5:00 AM 23 November 2013 SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 100 km East of Surigao City (9.8ºN, 126.5ºE). Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting northern Luzon. FORECAST: Palawan, Visayas and the regions of Zamboanga Peninsula, Bicol, northern Mindanao and CARAGA will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Metro Manila, the rest of MIMAROPA and of Mindanao, CALABARZON and the province of Aurora will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of luzon will be cloudy with light rains. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
