Charter’s first Spoken Word and Poetry Jam, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. will now be held under the Dome! Coffee, tea, crepes and more will be available for purchase. Do you want to participate? Sign up is required either in the library or outside the Blackbox Theatre by Tuesday, Oct. 28. You may read an original piece (school appropriate, please) or another author’s work. Tickets for the event, $3 each, will go on sale Monday, Oct. 27 in Ms. Holzmann’s room. It is a cultural event! Attention Clubs and organizations! You may sign up to host a promotional/ fundraising table outside the theatre that night to sell baked goods or other items. Come by the library, room 26 to claim a table for your club.
