JOB-773299 Description RASC Catering Management are looking to recruit a friendly, dedicated individual with and attention to detail, who is self motivated, a team player and flexible. The successful applicant must have a creative flair for food and providing excellent quality service in all aspects of the kitchen service. Knowledgeable with food styles and menus. Must have full knowledge of HACCP and must have excellent standards in food production. Candidates must have the following: You must be legally entitled to work in Ireland/EEA on a full time basis. All candidates must be available to work during the day between the hours of 9.30am to 5.00pm. Key responsibilities to include: Ensure awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices. Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standards. Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen. You will be required to work on two different sites. Skills Requirements The successful candidate: Must have excellent attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a busy environment serving excellent quality food. Experience in breakfasts, light hot lunch menus in similar style restaurant will help. Ideal Candidates should be passionate about creating great food and working within a dedicated team. A proven track record is essential. Applicants must supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting form.
