Chemo Round 2 Update: They added Emend (another anti-nausea drug) to my pre-med IV and my doctor also added a daily steroid pill. Up until dinner Thursday I felt fine, then the nausea kicked in. 😕 So Friday while there for my Neulasta shot (post-Chemo shot to boost my white blood cell count) we went ahead and did the IV of fluids and nausea meds, hoping to stop the nausea earlier this time. It seemed to help a little but not much. Today (day 3 after treatment) I was able to add lettuce and turkey to my cracker and Gatorade diet, so thats a positive 😋 Still exhausted and stuck in bed but moms here and taking great care of me ❤️
