Cheryl and I went to see Noah after she got off work. This is one time where I absolutely agree with Christians and the church. The acting was good (particularly Emma Thompson), the photography was professional, the scenery was spectacular but the plot was terrible. They should have named this thing Gilgamesh and said it was the story told on Tablet XI in The Epic of Gilgamesh, that way any criticism would have been directed at the Sumerians. BTW, if you have no idea what I am talking about then I am not surprised, most never know what I am talking about. One thing, I want to believe I am well pass the age of worshipping attractive female celebrities but I guess I am not. I am a huge fan of the fresh, pure, wholesome look Emma Thompson brings to certain roles. This was even made more apparent because she appeared to be without makeup in this role and I am an absolute sucker for the innocent, British, maiden look, I use maiden as in was originally intended to be used.. Of course the flood came long before Coco Chanel was a Nazi spy so how could she have been wearing cosmetics..
