Chest session done today. I wont go into all the details but the exercises Im loving the most at minute are for chest are ...... Incline bench pause press Weight plate squeeze Both exercise shown in pictures. Weight plate squeeze is great for building up your chest and depth on your sternum. Tips for this exercise are: - Keep your arms straight - Make sure you contract your chest or squeeze it together like theres a 10p in between your pectoral muscles - Hold it for at least 5 seconds
